Kenco’s facility was built in 1990 in Billings, MT to our specifications and to UL standards. Our state-of-the-art monitoring center monitors your home or business 24-hours a day so you don’t have to. Kenco’s professional staff is here to dispatch the proper authorities when needed and keep you informed of any problems at your premises. We can customize our response to meet your needs using text message and email to send you activity reports.

Our staff can quickly respond to signals such as intrusion alarms, hold-up alarms, fire alarms, high/low temperature alerts, dangerous gas alerts, loss of electrical power and critical equipment failure. For a high security level we also offer wireless alarm reporting to give you the confidence that alarms will be transmitted instantly 24 hours a day 7 days a week, 365 days a year even when phone lines are down.

Our monitoring staff is specifically trained to handle any type of alarm in the most efficient way possible. Kenco’s monitors work closely with the installation staff to surpass all alarm companies in the region in customer care and service. Our monitors answer the phone 24 hours a day 7 days a week so there is always a Kenco employee to talk to about your system.
